❓ What will I be able to see?

A: You will be able to see everything your customer sees, BUT screen share functionality ONLY works on pages that the Median code is installed on. This means you will NOT be able to see other tabs, other websites, or the desktop.

❓ Is it safe and secure?

A: Yes, Median is arguably safer than any other screen share application on the market because your support team will only be able to see where the code is installed. They will NOT have access to the desktop or ther tabs. With Median you can choose which pages you would like your support team to have access to by adding the Median code or not.

❓ What about privacy?

A: By default, Median blocks out all important information like passwords, ssn numbers, and more so support team members don’t get access to information they shouldn’t. On top of that, in our cobrowse settings we have a tool that will allow admins to block entire <divs> from the viewer. If you need more security, simply remove the Median code from any page you don’t want to provide support on.
