30-Day Return Window

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

Eligible Returns

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Items that are significantly different from the product page description

Non-Returnable Items

  • Change-of-mind returns
  • Incorrect size or color selection by the customer
  • Items damaged after delivery because of misuse, installation error, or improper care
  • Items returned without contacting us first

How to Start a Return

Email support@imnur.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue. We will review the request and provide return instructions when the item is eligible.

Refund Timing

After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 5-10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
