Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. No minimum order required.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@imnur.com — we can only make changes before the order is shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

Check with neighbors and around your property
Contact your local post office or carrier
If still unresolved, email us at support@imnur.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
